We ship throughout Australia and internationally, with shipping options and costs calculated according to the destination and order.
Please remember that many of our rings and jewellery pieces are individually handcrafted or made to order. Production time and shipping time are separate — the delivery estimates provided by the postal or courier service begin once your completed order has been dispatched.
Australian Shipping
We ship orders throughout Australia using tracked delivery services where applicable.
Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where a tracked service is used.
Please ensure that the delivery address entered with your order is complete and correct before submitting your purchase.
International Shipping
We ship our jewellery to customers around the world.
International shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout based on your destination. Delivery times vary between countries and may also be affected by customs processing, postal delays or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking information will be provided where a tracked international service is used.
International customers are responsible for ensuring that the items they order can legally be imported into their destination country.
Shipping to the United States
Orders shipped to the United States are currently subject to specific US import requirements.
For US orders, applicable import duties are required to be paid before the parcel is dispatched. We arrange this as part of the shipping process, and the applicable import duty is incorporated into the US shipping charge shown at checkout.
This means the shipping amount shown for US customers includes both the cost of sending the parcel and the applicable import duty that we are required to pay prior to dispatch.
There should therefore be no separate import duty payment required from you when your parcel arrives.
US import requirements and tariff rates can change. Any applicable charges will be calculated according to the requirements in place at the time your order is shipped.
USA Customers
Your US shipping charge includes the applicable import duty that we are required to pay before dispatch. This is why shipping to the United States may appear higher than shipping to some other destinations.
Customs & Import Charges – Other Countries
For international destinations outside the United States, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges vary depending on the country, the type and value of the goods and local import regulations.
Unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout, any customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping charge.
Customs and import regulations can change, so we recommend checking the requirements that apply in your country before placing an order if you are unsure.
The United States is currently handled differently, with applicable import duties incorporated into the US shipping charge and paid before dispatch as explained above.
Production & Dispatch Times
Many of our rings and jewellery pieces are individually handcrafted or made to order. Most made-to-order pieces are completed within approximately 2–3 weeks, although production time can vary depending on the design, materials and level of customisation required.
Complex custom designs may require additional time.
If you require your order for a wedding, anniversary, birthday or another important date, please contact us before ordering. We’ll let you know whether your required timeframe is achievable.
Once your order has been completed, carefully checked and packaged, it will be dispatched using the shipping service selected for your destination.
Please remember that production time is separate from shipping time.
Tracking & Delivery
Where a tracked shipping service is used, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after your parcel has been lodged with the postal or courier service.
Delivery estimates provided by postal and courier services are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including customs processing, weather, public holidays and delays within postal networks.
Delayed or Missing Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please check the tracking information first for the latest update.
If there appears to be a significant delay or the tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact us and we’ll help investigate the shipment with the relevant postal or courier service.
Please be aware that international parcels may occasionally be held for customs processing, which can extend normal delivery times.
Delivery Addresses
Please carefully check your delivery address before placing your order.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update the delivery address.
Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed or redirected.
Additional postage costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied with the order may be the responsibility of the customer.
Packaging & Important Orders
Every order is carefully checked and securely packaged before dispatch to help protect your jewellery during its journey.
If your order is for a wedding, anniversary, birthday or another important occasion, we recommend allowing additional time wherever possible for both production and delivery.
If you have a specific date you need your order by, please contact us before placing your order. We’ll be happy to discuss the production timeframe and available shipping options with you, although delivery dates cannot be guaranteed once a parcel is in the hands of the postal or courier service.
